At Sweet Swirls Bakehouse, every order is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because our products are made to order and perishable, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been collected or delivered.
However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If there’s ever an issue with your order, please get in touch within 24 hours of receiving it so we can review the situation and make it right where possible.
Cancellations:
- Orders cancelled at least 5 days before pickup or delivery may be eligible for a partial refund or credit.
- Cancellations made less than 5 days before your order date cannot be refunded, as ingredients and preparation may already be underway.
Damaged or Incorrect Order:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos and details so we can investigate and find the best solution — whether that’s a replacement, partial refund, or future credit.
Please note that once an order has left our premises in good condition, we cannot be held responsible for handling, transport, or storage issues that occur afterward.
