Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Sweet Swirls Bakehouse. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

 

 

 

1. Orders

 

  • All products are made to order. We recommend booking in advance to secure your date.
  • Orders are only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received.
  • Custom designs will be discussed and approved before baking begins. Once confirmed, changes may not be possible.

 

 

 

2. Payments & Deposits

 

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid by the due date stated on your invoice.
  • Orders not paid in full by the due date may be cancelled, and deposits forfeited.

3. Cancellations

 

 

 

 

  • Cancellations made more than 5 days before collection/delivery may be eligible for a partial refund or credit.
  • Cancellations within 5 days of the order date are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation may already have started.

4. Collection & Delivery

  • Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time to ensure your order is fresh and handled properly.
  • Once an order has left our premises, we are not responsible for any damage caused during transport or after delivery.
  • If delivery is offered, it must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional fee.

5. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

  • Our products are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy.
  • While we take care to avoid cross-contamination when possible, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or intolerances before ordering.

6. Designs & Decorations

  • We do our best to match requested designs, colours, and styles. Please note that slight variations may occur, as every item is handmade.
  • Any decorations or toppers provided by customers must be clean, safe, and suitable for food use.

7. Photography & Promotion

  • We reserve the right to photograph and share images of our baked goods for marketing purposes, unless otherwise requested.
  • Customer privacy is always respected — no personal information will be shared.

8. Refunds & Issues

  • Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, refunds are not available after pickup or delivery.
  • If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and resolve the issue appropriately.
