Shipping & Pickup Policy

 

At Sweet Swirls Bakehouse, all baked goods are made fresh to order and handled with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

 

 

1. Pickup

 

• Pickup is available by appointment only from Regents Park, QLD.
• Please arrive at your scheduled time to ensure your order is fresh and ready.
• If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate, but delays may affect the quality of your order.
• Once your order has been picked up and confirmed in good condition, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transport or storage.

 

 

 

2. Local Delivery

• Local delivery may be available within [insert delivery radius or area, e.g., Gold Coast area] for an additional fee.
• Delivery times are arranged in advance and may vary based on location and availability.
• Someone must be present to receive the delivery at the agreed time. If no one is available, your order may be returned, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
• Once an order has been delivered and confirmed, we cannot accept responsibility for handling or storage after delivery.

3. Shipping

• As our products are perishable and delicate, we currently do not offer postal or courier shipping.
• Only in-person pickup or local delivery options are available to ensure the highest quality and freshness.

4. Handling & Storage

• Please transport cakes and desserts on a flat surface in a cool vehicle, out of direct sunlight.
• Once home, keep your items refrigerated until serving.
• We recommend removing your cake or desserts from the fridge about 30–60 minutes before serving for the best taste and texture.
